Hey there, I'm Lindsay!

You can also call me "LMG." I'm a learning engineer with a contagious passion for equity and justice. I'm also the founder and owner of Link & Arch Strategies, where we believe that change can be transformative.

Why "transformative" and not transformational?  

While undergoing a transformational experience relies on outside circumstances, transformative experiences come from the power we hold within. My approach to developing people and teams is simply creating the environment for purposeful and meaningful connections with others through empathy; meeting folks where they are on their journey and helping them uncover the inclusive and deeply magical behaviors that we humans have innately.

 

I have been in the Learning and Talent Development space for over 13 years, certified in a variety of facilitative practices including virtual spaces, FranklinCovey courses, Culture assessing, and Diversity-to-Belonging.

I am the C2IQ™ Head of Learning & Certification, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and a Predictive Index Analyst - all assessments I can use to help build you and your team.
